Since every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or design preference changes

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

To help avoid sizing issues, we provide detailed size charts and product descriptions on every listing.

However, we understand mistakes happen and we always aim to treat customers fairly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • misprinted,

  • defective, or

  • incorrect,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

When reaching out with an issue, please be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after orders are submitted.

Shipping Note:

Some products are fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
